Our Pilates classes are mat-based and open level. Great for general fitness and wellbeing, as well as assisting with posture, balance and flexibility. Pilates: Pilates is a system of exercise that consists of low-impact movements that strengthen the body, with particular focus on core strength. A great foundation to develop your future yoga practice. Deliberately slow and gentle to ensure everyone feels comfortable and at ease. Yoga for beginners: Gentle classes for those completely new to the practice of yoga, or those who are coming back to it after some time.
